This office always takes my appointments late! It’s my third time at this office and they’re consistently understaffed with 1 hygienist working. Expect to wait an hour for your scheduled appointments, they’re always behind. I will not be returning to this office.

The wait time at the Marlton office is absolutely ridiculous. I take off work to make it to my daughter’s appointment and u wait over an hour. For a simple cleaning! No one apologizes, no one comes to tell you that there is a long wait. Every single time we go, the wait is over an hour past her scheduled time. Then when I said I want to reschedule because I can’t wait anymore , I get an attitude. The only good thing about this place is Roberto is a wonderful hygienist!

After months of waiting for this office to reopen following flood damage, they may have gotten a facelift, but it’s still the same old problems underneath. This office is consistently understaffed, overbooked, and completely overwhelmed. There’s really no such thing as an “emergency appointment” here because it can still take days before anyone actually sees you. My daughter went in with an infected impacted tooth, was prescribed antibiotics, and then referred to one of their recommended specialists for oral surgery. The problem? The specialist can’t see her for another month. How does it make sense to tell someone with an active infection to wait a month for surgery? Unfortunately, this is just one of many disappointing experiences we’ve had. They will cancel your appointment through a text message without hesitation and then act as though they’re doing you a favor by offering another appointment 3–5 months later. It’s honestly laughable at this point. I’m counting down the days until open enrollment because I cannot wait to leave this DPO plan through Aetna that has essentially locked me into this office. I’ll gladly pay for a PPO if it means having the freedom to go to a dent

Everything was great from check in to check out. The staff was so warm and welcoming especially Ms.Sally who did an amazing job with my five year olds cleaning. Prior to our arrival someone at the office reached to me directly to help guide me through the process of how my insurance worked. This was my first time visiting and will certainly be back! Thank you Marlton Eastern Dental staff

While the staff here was kind and well-intentioned, my overall experience with Eastern Dental in Marlton was disappointing due to the quality of care and client service. On my first visit, I waited over an hour past my scheduled appointment time. I understand that practices can be understaffed, especially in healthcare, but there was no proactive communication or updated timing provided. Being left in the dark about long wait times reflects poor client service and sets the wrong tone from the start. More concerning was the workmanship. I received a composite filling in August, and it fell out just four months later in December during normal daily flossing. I have never had a filling fail like this before. A filling should absolutely be able to withstand routine oral hygiene, and this raised serious concerns about the quality of the work. I recognize that ACA dental coverage often limits options, and in that sense, you sometimes get what you pay for. Still, basic standards of care and durability should not be compromised. Thankfully, I now have different coverage and will be taking my business elsewhere. I genuinely wish the team well — they are providing care to many people and
